After spending nearly two decades in the global IT industry, working across India and overseas, I felt something was missing. I had stability, a career, and achievements — but not fulfillment. Deep within me lived an entrepreneur shaped by my rural upbringing, yet life’s pressures and family responsibilities had kept that dream dormant.

Coming from a farming family, I saw a reality that troubled me deeply:
Farmers and their children were being pushed away from agriculture, not by desire, but by circumstances.
The lack of income security, social pressure, and limited opportunities in villages forced rural youth to leave their homes in search of small, inconsistent jobs in the cities.

While I experienced my own mid-career crisis — despite being strong in technology and leadership — I began reconnecting with my roots. That reflection changed everything.
